If you are having trouble accessing the MR13C report please check that your NZTA number and RMVT number on your account are correct.
If the NZTA and/or Registered Trader number are incorrect please let us know at support@motorweb.co.nz
To check these numbers: Profile Icon (top right hand corner) > Profile > scroll down to “General Details”
